You don’t have to eat so heavy in breakfast just eat until you feel powerup. Try to eat breakfast and check your energy will be boost.

 

Here are the some great foods that you can eat at breakfast:

·         Lean turkey or ham

2.       Make Changes in sleep routine

Make a sleep routine daily sleep at same time and wake up same time it will improve your sleep quality and don’t drink coffee after 4 pm. Coffee contain caffeine and it will be cause of sleep disturbance. Switch of you all electronic before 1 hour you go bed.
